FAQ
How do we book?
After to fill in my enquiry form I'll be in touch with you to arrange a call to chat about your wedding plans and to see if we are a good fit to work together. All going well I'll send you a contract and booking invoice. Once you've singed the contract and made the booking fee payment you've secured me as your photographer!
What is your booking fee?
A non-refundable booking fee of £500 is required to secure me for your date.
How far in advanced shall we book?
I'd recommended booking me as soon as you know you'd like to have me as your photographer.
What are your deliverables?
You'll receive as many images as I feel add to your day. I deliver a minimum of 700 images editing in my signature style in high resolution with no watermark in an online gallery where you can download and print as you please.
I also deliver a highlight slideshow of your wedding day photos to music - It's a really beautiful was to see your images for the first time.
When will we receive our images
You'll receive around 50 highlight photos within 48 hours of your wedding. The Final gallery will be delivered to you within 12-16 weeks.
How do your travel expenses work?
There's no travel expenses for weddings in mainland Scotland within 2.5 hours travel of my home (ML11)
If your wedding is further away I'll charge you a basic fuel and accommodation fee.
What if we need to reschedule?
If you have paid your deposit, I am happy to move the agreed date to a new date within 12 months of your original booking.
If I cannot accommodate the new date, the deposit is non-refundable.
If you are changing to a date more than 12 months away. Your fee may increase subject my annual increase in pricing.
Do I give you a shot list?
No! We'll meet up within 2 months of your wedding day and chat about all the details. I'll ask about things that you've planned and moments that mean the most to you.
I'll ask for a small list of family photos but I always advice keeping these strictly to the VIP's (parents, grandparents, wedding party) You'll thank me later when you've not wasted an hour of your wedding day staring at the camera!
Do you only photograph weddings?
Predominantly Yes! I photograph around 40 weddings this year and in general I'm just to busy with the weddings and giving my couples the best service to commit to other
photography work.
